For sale is the original Benjamin Johnson glass artwork created on April 8th during his recent Spacetime catalog release partysponsored by Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art (iMOCA). The materials are blown glass, overlay and murrine roll up cup overlay. It was created with UV reactive materials that cause it to glow in black light.
It is the latest object created by Johnson for his Spacetime series which explores themes and imagery of space and the moon throughout the lunar cycle. The Spacetime series has included two exhibitions, a catalog with gift and now the artwork for auction.
Shipping is not included. Indianapolis pick up is preferred. If shipping is desired, all packing, materials and shipment expenses will be the responsibility of the winner.
